Not sure what they were thinking when they made this but the faucet connection does not have the same threads as the standard garden hose. I emailed the customer service at Coldcreek Outfitters but they never responded. I called them and they would not answer their phone. I left messages and they would not reply. I am on my way to Lowes to see what if any fittings I can get to make this work. I may have to get a different faucet if this does not work. Not sure what else to do since their customer service will not return my messages. The website offers a 90 day warranty but I guess that is worthless. Update: I just returned from Lowes. The problem is in the hose fitting. Lowes said it has the same threads as a 3/4 tapered pipe fitting and not a 3/4 garden hose. "HUGE DIFFERENCE!" I purchased a toilet supply line to fit the faucet and adapter to fit a garden hose. It works but it cost me an extra $20 in parts to make it compatible with the supplied faucet. I hope this helps anyone else that purchases this product.
