I was thrilled to receive this lovely drying rack as it helps save space in my small house. I have had many different types of racks over the years and I am particularly happy with having a rack that will not hold moisture and stain (as wood does) and will not rust (as many metal racks will). But one issue has come up that has no warning in any reviews that I had seen when I purchased it nearly a year ago... IT FALLS APART!!!! Now if you are a person of unending patience and can spend endless time putting one bar back on while another bar comes off and then repeat, repeat, repeat, then this is the the game for you! I do not have unlimited patience and become extremely frustrated when it seems nearly impossible to put all the bars back in at once, as in Whack-a-Mole, and I do not enjoy such games. One would wonder if I tried tightening the bars. My response is this: Each screw that holds in the bars are covered with a cap installed at the factory and they are already tightened as far as they can go. But more than that - I should not have to become a mechanic to a product that malfunctions to such an extent!
