The overall idea is great but the bag just doesn't deliver. After a week both gel packs ruptured. After a month the stiching at the seams were coming apart. The stitching also came apart on the food rack after a month of use. I purchased new ice packs directly from them and they don't stay cold more than 3 hours indoors. I'm moving on to another company. I have included photos of the defects as well.
