The 3rd time I used it the hose separated from the unit. I contacted the company but didn’t hear anything back. At this price point, I would expect it to last longer. I finally got a free replacement hose. However, it only suctions well when on a flat service. It doesn’t work well for car seats, dog hair or uneven areas.
