The product I received had clearly been USED. The box had previously been opened, and was resealed with scotch tape, the bristles on the head were worn with use, and the case that covers the head was filthy from water/toothpaste that had been left on the bristles. I immediately asked for a return and will purchase a new toothbrush elsewhere. If I could give zero stars on this review I would. That was disgusting.
