Pay attention to the 1 star reviews, I wish I had. Almost all say the same thing that the joint that allows it to tilt to the side, breaks. I didn’t even open mine fully or try to tilt it before it completely broke under just the weight of the umbrella. Totally light weight plastic, worthless for a joint. Update: dealing with customer service has been a joke. Dropped off at a fedex with the preprinted label and waited 2 business weeks and heard nothing. Took two emails to get my refund after I got confirmation myself from fedex that it had a arrived and been signed for.
