This product may not be safe.
HPMC aka Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose Phthalate is an endocrine disruptor. It has also been shown in studies that the body cannot digest it properly causing it to build up in the organs potentially causing damage. I wish I had paid more attention placing my order. Stick with tapioca or gelatin capsules.
