Just a couple weeks after assembling, staining and setting out the bridge, we noticed there were multiple spots where the wood was splintering. Not long after that we found that there was a large crack in the arch. We reached out to Shine Company 3 times within the last month to see if they had maintenance/repair suggestions or could send replacement parts. We have not received one response. Not only are we disappointed in the product, but the service as well.
