Got the first one. Bust. Did not work at all. Installation supposed to take 30 minutes. Spent 90+ minutes troubleshooting to no avail. No blinking blue light and no red laser light. Got a replacement on order. Will see how that works. Will update review at that time with success or lack thereof on getting a second one to work. Update: Will not be changing my rating. Received 2nd unit. Installed it. Worked for the evening. Get alert overnight it is offline. Tried the steps to get it on line to no avail. The red laser light stopped working, other light was blinking and changing colors constantly, and app locked up. Could not get to any other settings in the app. Went out to community forum for garadget and the off line is a big issue. Solutions being tried were for those that really understand the inner workings of the hardware and software. Definitely not for the average user. Would strongly recommend staying away from this product.
