This dog car seat is abysmal. 1. The leash clip is not fixed to the seat itself. it is stitched into the seam of the cover. My chihuahua was able to leap out of the car seat and dangle, pulling the cushion and cover with him 2. The covers of these cushions have no membrane / barrier. On the 3rd day of use my dog got sick in the seat and the vomit liquid ran down into the cushion material themselves. Which is impossible to clean. I threw the entire thing in the garbage. Do not buy this product.
