Poor Quality
Shipping was fast, but the package came in a destroyed box, but that's not the companies fault. I like how it turns, the arms, the width, and easy to wheel by yourself. While the chair is as the picture shows, and turns very smoothly, it is made of poor quality. Two days of use and the fabric is ripping. I'm not even that heavy. The big wheels are plastic and bend just by lightly pushing on them. Not able to be used outside very well, and does not like hard surfaces or anything without any kind of cushion. The front wheels wobble even after adjusted. I can not wheel more than a slow pace because that's when the chair becomes unstable. We've had to revert back to an old chair while another old chair is getting repaired. But I do use it as a back up. Update: 5 months ago in April, I had to stop using this chair even as a back-up because a few of the spokes broke while wheeling on campus. The chair became unstable. Along with other minor poor quality issues. Uncle bought me this chair for my wedding (not knowing I had a broken one already) because I needed one my dress would fit in, which turned out because someone stole the really good chair I was using. After one day of use, screws were falling out so we had to go through and make sure all were tightened. After one week, the arm rest broke completely off. After two weeks a couple connections from the hand wheel to the big wheel broke and scratch me when I try to wheel myself. I just use the chair to get to and from classes, not being hard on it. Every day use and it just breaks down on me. Still acts as funny as the first one as well. Unfortunately just poorly made.
