Cheap handle, cheap manual lock, and cheap internal clutch mechanism which quickly fails over time. I bought the safe in June 2017, tested it, programmed it, tested it, bolted it down, tested it, and put valuables in it. 6 months later it wouldn't open. The solenoid or clutch or lock have frozen. Now they tell me often if you don't open the safe regularly it somehow freezes (so it's my fault). Then, incredibly terrible and frustrating customer service process (the reps were nice enough), but "their process" required hours of my time and weeks of back and forth (put new batteries, oil and jiggle the lock, jiggle the handle, press on the door, hammer around the perimeter of the door to loosen up the clutch, etc., before telling me I have to go out and get 3 locksmith quotes for them to approve. A complete scam. They sell a faulty product, and then I have to spend all the time trying to fix and service it. (All over a lousy $200 safe) So, at the moment, could someone please break into my house and break into my safe, as I can't open it.
