I have a few of these and most of them work great but one started getting very dim after about two years of use. Unfortunately, Amazon is not an authorized vendor of Greenlite products therefore your only recourse in this situation is to go back to the vendor on Amazon. What would have happened in this situation is that our product was purchased from a Greenlite retail partner (probably under Utility incentives) and then resold to you fraudulently online. I am very sorry that I cannot be of more help. If you are interested in Greenlite products and prefer to shop online, you can purchase our products fully guaranteed directly from us at greenliteusa.com or from our online customers smarthome.com and bulbs.com. ------------------------- I emailed them back with a link to the light on Amazon and suggested that they should have Amazon remove the item if it is indeed fraudulent. No response.
