On first glance, these speakers are terrific. The sound was clear, the bass was good for the product, and I was thoroughly happy. Then 48 days later, the left speaker died. No sound at all. None. I picked up the right speaker to see if the wires were loose or something, then the right speaker died, too. Turns out the right speaker's power connection is loose inside of the speaker casing, while I still can't figure out what is wrong with the left speaker. In the video I posted, notice the green power indicator going off/on when I move the wires. Since it is over Amazon's 30 day guarantee, I'm stuck with them for the moment. I've got a warranty claim in, but I've heard nothing from Logitech since I placed the claim. Spend your money elsewhere unless you're really looking for speaker-shaped paperweights - these speakers don't make sound for very long. EDIT 10/11/2017: 5 days after placing warranty claim to Logitech and I still have had no response from them aside from an auto-generated message when I first placed the claim. EDIT 10/17/2017: Logitech Support reached out to me after I previously edited this review on 10/11/2017. They provided an essentially useless list of steps I could take to fix the speakers; each step was common sense and I had attempted them numerous times prior to contacting Logitech in the first place. I responded on 10/12 that none of these steps did anything and I have not heard back from them again. Very frustrating. EDIT 10/25/2017: Logitech finally approved speakers to replace the faulty set. Their warranty service has been extremely slow, but perhaps this will mark an end to this customer support odyssey. EDIT 12/20/2017: Logitech's communication skills were lacking, but I did receive replacement speakers about a week after my previous update. So far, they've worked just fine - just as the first set did originally. I'll post another update in a few months, but for now, I'll increase the number of stars I give the product to 3 from where I've had it at 1.
