This item is advertised as a back support. IT IS NOT! It is made of soft thin neoprene. It gives no support what so ever. When you attempt to adjust it tighter for more then just being on, it curls over the edges and continues to stretch. Also, they have applied a generous portion of Velcro to make it more adjustable, but the hook side faces the body, and can cause chaffing when in contact with the skin. POOR QUALITY, POOR DESIGN. On the positive, .....it will cover an ugly belt!
