Well, One Part is aluminum
The only part that seems to be aluminum is the center rail that my rusting baskets are attached to. There is a plastic coating that seems to have disintegrated and allowing water and Oxygen to cause rust. I have a Simple Human in another shower, several years older, that has never rusted.
