Very pleased with how the book started out, but I was floored when I got to the Preamble on page 7 where it states that "gay and transgender people have been denied their constitutional rights." Talk about propaganda and bias! It doesn't even bother to elaborate further, because, obviously there is no basis for that statement. Nowhere in the constitution does it discuss sexual affiliation. I'd return and request money back, but instead I scribbled that section out and used it as a teaching opportunity for my 9 year old- how to identify false statements, lies and propaganda which unfortunately is found everywhere anymore. Shame on the author of this book.
