We purchased several of these hoses after being gifted one. All but one are working just fine...no issues. However, when the one hose came apart at the connection, we contacted the manufacturer and asked for a replacement to be shipped to us, based on their "Lifetime Warranty". The first time I called I was on hold for 25 minutes, and finally hung up. My husband called and was on hold for 38 minutes the first time with no answer, and 20 minutes a second time, and did finally get an individual to talk with. They discussed all the details and the representative told him she would talk with her supervisor and get back to him. Of course, no one called back and no replacement was ever sent. When he followed up with them, they said it was outside of their "One Year Warranty", and refused to replace the hose. This is an unacceptable business practice, and we believe they stonewall you long enough for you to give up, hence ANY warranty period is not valid. BUYER BEWARE once again due to false advertising on the behalf of a manufacturer!!
