I started it for the mystery of the ghosts and the great grandmother’s story but I couldn’t finish it. So the dude rescues children and women from six trafficking rings and gets them mental help but then proceeds to stalk and mentally psyche out the girl he instantly feel in love with. Why? There were minor spelling mistakes and words missing in sentences. Some phrases that were used made no sense. The MC is an author and says, “the deadline is vastly approaching”, and when there is a gun fight: “absolute carnage is consuming the cave”, to describe the hero: “the flames from the lighter enunciate his sharp jaw.” I don’t think I’m gonna read any other books by BBC this author. Hope she gets a better editor.
