Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Couldn’t figure out what went wrong with my hair this last month or so.... it has thinned horribly and breaks very easy. I get an email to review the product directly out of the shower, as I just finished picking a ridiculously large amount of hair out of my hands because it’s seriously falling out.... THEN IT HITS ME, it’s my shampoo and conditioner. I jump online and start researching it (since all the reviews here seem good) and there are numerous complaints with the brand about hair loss. It’s going straight in the trash. I wish I had a before picture of my poly tail for comparison because you all would want to cry with me.
