These things sucked for me. I took the Dr. Scholls test and it said that these would be perfect for me...they lied. These things didn't help my feet at all. I used them for when I worked at an Amazon fulfillment center which means 10 hr days of slavery. Literally by the 3rd hour my feet would start aching. I, being the skeptic I am, also bought the Dr. Scholls "Work" inserts and those things work GREAT! They feel so good to have on that I bought a second set for my brand new boots. Good luck.
