I have been cooking and using stainless cookware for years. I cook almost daily, and needed a large stock pot for making soup and boiling pasta. The 16 Qt. size is perfect for my needs. It seems well constructed and the lid fits tightly. With that said, after only using the pot a few times, and for basically just boiling water, the bottom of the inside of the pot started to develop small rust spots. I tried to scrub them out to some success, but they just returned the next time I used it. I had bought a calphalon stainless wok at the same time, which gets used much more often, that has none of these issues. I contacted the seller, and they told me after the 30 day time period, they could not take it back. They did tell me however that they would send my information to the manufacturer and I would get a phone call from them. I did not get a call, and nobody ever contacted me about this product. I believe you should have decent customer service if you are going to sell products on Amazon. Most companies I deal with are a pleasure. It is a shame that these guys do not have their act together. I rarely write a negative review, if ever, but I paid good money on a product that is not as advertised. I have had stainless cookware items that are lasting years without problems. This one did not last a few days without corroding. Unacceptable.
