When I got this jacket and took it out of its package, it had a strong chemical smell to it. I tried to let it air out to see if that would help and it did not, so today I decided to put it in the washer. When I went to check on it I was very surprised to find that it literally fell apart at the seams. The arms are falling off, inside the lining is also falling apart at the seams and a button fell off as well. The tag on the item says nothing about not machine washing it. To spend what I did on this product and to have all of this happen, not even able to wear this jacket because of the smell and then it falling apart - is not worth it and you can't tell me that they didn't know that this item couldn't be washed???
