The flask looks fantastic but my experience after 3 uses has poor for the following reasons: 1. Leakage - Cooked steel cut oats leaked out of the flask all 3 time. 2. Bacteria - The design of the top (screw on) lid almost guarantees that there will be food particles stuck deep i and contaminate food. 3. Runner Ring - The design of the rubber ring must be removed and washed, scraped and checked before reuse. The channels in the ring make washing this thing quite an chore but something that must be done. I'm a bit a clean freak and after spending about 30 min last night washing this thing, the food i prepared and brought in today tastes off. I will certainly will not but this product again let alone recommend it to anyone. Sadly, I've bought 3 of these ....sigh
