I really wanted to like this chair. It looks great. But made poorly. Original chair, foot massager stopped working in the first week. The company’s service department on their website is a joke, I emailed them in hopes to troubleshoot the problem, I got brief two sentence responses around 1am. When I asked for more details, I didn’t get any and they wanted me to unplug the cables on the motherboard and plug them exactly where they were like I’m some microchip technician. I couldn’t even unplug them, they were stuck and I felt like if I squeezed any harder, I would break the connector, and then what?? Anyways, I asked Amazon for a replacement chair. Got the replacement chair, foot massager works but the leg and shoulder airbags did not!! I emailed the company again. One sentence response regarding look for the hose tubes, if not, air valve. I ask where the air valve is, no response! They do not value their customers. Do not buy. Now I have to deal with setting up a heavy item return. I’m just an ICU nurse wanting a nice full body massage chair after dealing with this pandemic, and this was a complete fail. Do not buy. I got not one but TWO defective chairs.
