Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

So after reading all of the positive reviews and love of the floor as well as a universal cleaner I jumped in and ordered the 3 pack.. I gave this product a week or so to maybe get the dishwasher used to the new solution, or heck if i know what, but its a no for me. I rinse the plates, wipe them and then place them in the machine. Even when running the dish cycle, all the dishes come out with a residue that is not only visible but palpable and it just keeps getting worse. I now have months worth of dishwasher liquid that doesn't seem to agree with my machine. Frustratingly sad. Suggestions for any reasonable alternative uses? Update as of May 25th, 2019 My review has been hidden by a sensitivity filter. Not exactly sure why, unless someone was sensitive to receiving a negative review, so I removed another star. It’s not fair to the customers to be only leaving the positive reviews.
