Save your money and buy something else.
I like the unit as a whole. Vut when i wen to change the batteries after 4 uses.... The socket/pigtail the excepts the 9v battery came apart. The part that should be on the socket stayed in the battery. Now I have a metal detector that doesnt work and I feel I wasted my money and have to spend more money having it repaired.
