If you can't help but buy this product, never store liquids in it. Food particles get stuck in the brackets and require that you soak it in order to break the food down or blow it out if you have a higher psi sink head in your kitchen. I do not recommend this product in the slightest. It is surprising that it was even designed the way it is.
