The vials in mine were dry rotted so to speak. When I tried to squeeze the gel out the entire sides split and the gel came oozing out. I didn't notice a difference at all in my teeth however, I sent this back and ordered from the actual maker of the product (same price) and noticed a huge difference in color of my teeth. I think the vials were very old and expired. Something was definitely wrong. Just sharing my experience.
