This product functions really well most of the time but it has one frustrating flaw: If it is paired to two different mobile devices and both devices come in range, it will refuse to connect to either of them and it will never connect to another device again as long as there's power to the device. Since there is no way to tell the device to re-pair, the only way to get it to work again is to leave it unplugged for about an hour until it "forgets" which device it's paired to and re-pair it. This could easily be fixed by providing a pinhole reset switch or even a bluetooth pairing button. Edit 9-AUG-2016: This device finally failed permanently so I'm reducing the number of stars to 2.
