From the start, my new Phomemo Printer turned out prints that were faded toward the right side of the paper. I replaced the roll which was shipped inside the printer with a new Phomemo roll, ordered at the same time, and the print still comes out faded to the right. Five days ago, I sent Phomemo an email about this issue, asking if the printer was defective, but I have not received a reply. I do not live in a tropical climate. I won't wait for a reply anymore and will exchange the printer. If the new one works correctly, I will upgrade this review from a one star rating.
