We have weeds growing through it within a few months of putting it down (see picture). To make it worse, Black and Decker, the distributor, who sold this through Amazon, gives the run around and as far as I can tell, makes it virtually impossible to return it. They send you to the small appliance division and then put you on hold for a long time, then put you through to a voice mail. I spoke with the manufacturer, DeWitt, who, according to Tony, the very nice customer service rep, they are not responsible for the resellers, and the resellers must handle the warranty. This of course, has to do with the relationship that the manufacturers have with their distributors, and this is not true. They can prevent this type of problem by controlling the supply chain which sounds like they don't do. This leads to inability to obtain warranty on their product. So, be advised if you want to buy this product, good luck at getting your money back if it doesn't work.
