Was excited to receive it and was going to make my first dish - a simple beef stew with potatoes and carrots etc. Prepared everything in the pan and put the pan on the rack - which proceeded to fall down. The rack would not stay in any of the grooves at any level....it just kept falling down. I called the 800 number in the book. Was told they couldn't help me because I didn't order from Kitchentech. Asked if they sold this pressure oven and they said yes. And I repeatedly asked then why the phone number for "help" was theirs but they were unwilling to help. After 20 minutes back and forth, I decided to return oven and forget it. It was also a lot larger looking on my counter than I would have liked - although I would have kept it if it had worked.
