First don’t call it multi fuel because it DON’T COMES WITH THE GAS BRNER in the box. Need to pay extra $100 and wait 1 more week to get it after I wait 2 months What is expected with all what going on. If I spend $900 on this over just charge me $1000 and get the gas burner with it So this was my first disappointment Then open the box and find out that the box was open before and I didn’t get NEW OVEN bag and plastic looked open then find out pizza stone is crack… Disappointed Don’t over yet work the over first time to find out that the temperature screen don’t work as well Contact customer service they send me new part didn’t send me new oven because I used it once…… Second temperature screen send don’t work as well now I gave up…. After one time of use door glass is totally black Ooni spend more of your money on the quality of the oven and not on books and design packing and videos I’m a chef so I work with high quality equipment and this oven is not one of them Very disappointed product and costumer service I wish I didn’t spend $1000 on this pizza oven After work with this oven I can tell you $200 pizza oven will do the job good as well if not better And on their website they took my review off 3 times all
