Bought this mattress in may of 2018, was really great and comfy. Everything came and set up as expected. Was firm, supportive and comfortable. It is now july of 2018, within two months of owning this mattress, it is starting to sink and get lumpy. I am seriously disappointed. It was so comfortable for the first month, we fell in love with it. Now it has a big lump in the center, both sides are sinking, so you roll downward out of bed, when trying to sleep now.... like unlevel feeling when trying to go to sleep. I cant roll over or cuddle my wife cause there is protruding hump in the middle now. It is very awkward and lumpy. I have luxurious platform that is perfect, so that isn't the problem. I feel like I got duped out of 500.00 dollars. We had our last mattress for 12 years, spent money on this one, loved it for a month and now it is almost worse then our 12 year old one. We are not big people. My wife is 5'2 98 pounds and I am 5'10 190. Pretty standard mid 30s size people. I might could understand if we were large, had medical issues, back issues and were heavy. We are none of those things. My honest advice is, think twice. Maybe if it was for a guest bedroom that gets used once a year, it would suffice for a while. Everyday use, it lasted a couple months. We loved it and didn't even consider returning it after 30 days. But now at 60 to 90 days, its totally different mattress. It went downhill fast..... A lot of good reviews, maybe I just got a bad one. I dunno.
