Despite how bulky they are, these worked great for about a month. Out of nowhere the right headphone has stopped working. It should be fully charged but it doesn't turn on in any capacity. I tried all suggestions offered by the company and other customers and nothing worked. I wasn't upset when it stopped working as I understand that things happen sometimes and this product has a 12 month warranty. I've had great experience returning defective products from other stores on Amazon but this has been extremely frustrating. I have emailed them four times now to say that the product is defective and I would like to send it back and get a new pair as per the warranty. They repeat the same solutions I've already tried, told me to contact their customer service on their website, gave me the same email they were contacting me from and told me to talk to customer service through that, and finally told me to go through Amazon support. I didn't care much before because they were so cheap but I am amazed at how much of a hassle this has been. I honestly never leave reviews for anything but this is stupid annoying and you should just pay an extra $15-20 for better headphones to save yourself the headache.
