I purchased this Printer Aug 7,19. Its been one month. I set up the printer with alignment after filling the tank with ink. Every time I printed I was noticing alignment issues. I was constantly going into maintenance to run test to fix it with no success. My machine was also having a error code of No paper in the machine too. I would restart the printer to fix the no paper issue, This continued for a few weeks, and finally decided to give Epson a call for help. They couldn't fix the alignment problem and was gonna exchange unit for a REFURBISHED unit, and wanted me to provide $299 so they can have it on hold until they got there defected printer back in the mail. I'm already extremely frustrated at this point and there other option was send back the printer first than we will send you a new one. I am a HP printer girl and decided to save ink money and try something different and instead of SAVING it costing me more money. MY RECOMMENDATION is stay far away from the ECO Tank. I'm not happy with my purchase. GET a HP.
