This headset has many positive attributes. The sound quality is good. The bluetooth connectivity is good. The fatal flaw -- poor construction of the plastic parts of the headset. Mine broke after 13 months and two weeks. The warranty lasts 12 months plus a 30 day grace period. The company rigidly adheres to this policy -- no exceptions. I am out of luck. I am not the only reviewer who experienced this problem. I suppose if you can purchase an extended warranty, it might be worth it. Otherwise, BUYER BEWARE.
