Worst product ever. It ruined my new Nike Air Forces that are a light shade of pink suede. I had a slight dusty shoe imprint on my brand new sneakers after wearing them out. I waited to receive this item to clean my shoes. I followed the directions—no cleaning agents or sprays, just the dry brush to gently brush away the dirt. And it left a bluish stain on my shoes just after a few swipes. I think the copper-like bristles in the middle somehow contributes to the blue stain. Stay away from this product. I got it based off the positive reviews, but I fixed the problem caused by the brush by using a good old nylon toothbrush and white vinegar to rub off the blue stain. Customer service was quick to refund, but I wish they could refund me for the brand new expensive shoes they ruined.
