I've had my AMAZON.COM STORE CARD for years, however Synchrony Bank recently updated their website, and it FREEZES UP when you try to log in. I called them, and they're aware of the problem, but their techs are apparently INEPT in fixing it. I changed my password twice, and the password change was acknowledged in a Synchrony email. However, this is the SECOND WEEK, and logging in is still hopeless. If you're asked to GO PAPERLESS on ANY accounts you have don't do it! It's the only way you'll be able to manage your accounts when websites falter. Once I pay off my small balance I will cancel this account. I've had enough.
