SADLY, this bed frame broke down after just 2 1/2 months of normal use!! I bought this "Heavy Duty" bed frame for my young adult son because, in the "Questions/Answers" section the seller wrote it was good for up to 4000 lbs! Well even at 400 lbs, we're still far under the suggested weight limit for this. At first I was happy with it, but then it started to squeak - more and more - until it started breaking down at the hinges/corners. The metal bar is actually tearing from the stress of my son tossing and turning at night. Now it has become a dangerous situation where someone could fall and get hurt or scratched on the jagged metal! This is surely NOT AS ADVERTISED! I'm asking for a REFUND! Update : After 3 days of trying with phone calls and emails, Jim ( Management ) never replied to emails or called me back. I really should call the BBB and report this. Finally I did get my refund, but I had to get that directly from Amazon.
