This happened to this charger on its first use. I am shocked to see such burning spots which appeared on this charger. Thank god I saw it on time and disconnected my phone as soon as I saw this happening. This charger does not work anymore (of course). Even if it did, I wouldn't have used it anymore because its a threat to me now as they are not safe to use. P.S. I saved few bucks by not buying Anker charger thinking that it would have same quality as what Anker offers but I was wrong!
