We got this toy today, my 1 year old daughter got so excited when she saw the toy, I gave it to her to play with and as all 1 year olds first thing she did was put it in her mouth. About 15 min later she brought it back to me and I noticed that the paint on the penguin's legs was coming off. I was thrilled to get this for her to play in the bath, but given that the paint is coming off, it's not safe for a baby. I am disappointed, why would you paint a toy that's designed for kids who stick everything in their mouth.
