I received the Xenon 3.0 yesterday and immediately returned it. I've been purchasing the Xenon 2.0 practically every year and is going to do the same for 2018 as well. Xenon 2.0 is so much better in several respects. 1. The overall quality of 3.0 is much lower than the 2.0 model. 2. The retractable handle of 3.0 feels of poor quality out of the box. Had issues retracting and closing it immediately. 3. The 3.0 model has cut costs in various aspects - removed the very front zippered pocket of 2.0 which was very useful to carry small items like boarding passes, cards, etc. Inside the very first compartment for pens and visiting cards, the 3.0 model cut costs by removing the zippered sections to store valuables. 4. In the last compartment where you could store files, the 3.0 model lower the height of the sectional compartments of two of the sections compared to the 2.0. Overall, I'm surprised that a newer model 3.0 has less features and is made or more poorer quality than Xenon 2.0.
