Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I was extremely disappointed to see that the scale's screen only displays the weight, but not any of the scale's other smart functions. It turns out you need the app for that. Unfortunately, the app is basically malware. It asks for a list of permissions that is so long it cant even fit on one screen! Nearly everything your phone can do including: access your phone's identity, access you location, access the google play billing service, etc... Edit: The manufacturer has responded blaming Google for making it appear like the app is asking for too many permissions. That's just not how Android apps work! The developer is the one that chooses the set of permission their app will request! As proof I have uploaded a photo of yunmai's app permissions (25 total permissions) alongside a sane smart scale app (5 total permissions)
