I had used another brand of quercetin which totally controlled my cat allergy, but I bought this to save money. On this Now brand, all the sneezing, watery eyes, and runny nose reappeared the whole time I was taking these capsules. I started taking another brand today and within hours, my cat allergy symptoms disappeared again. I had used another brand of bromelain and all my painful tendonitis disappeared. While taking the Now brand, the tendonitis returned. It only disappeared when I started back on another brand. I was unable to walk yesterday due to tendonitis in my foot and knee, but today on another brand which is enteric coated (unlike Now brand), I can walk fine with no pain. The difference was night and day. I took 3 capsules a day of this and used up the whole bottle, so I gave it a fair chance. This brand may contain the ingredients, but for some reason it just doesn't work. I won't ever trust this brand again.
