I have several of the TP-Link bulbs and they work great. Unfortunately, their support doesn't. I'm having an issue with one of the bulbs and trying to get it replaced under warranty (at $18, I'm not going to just pitch it in the garbage!) I called their Tech Support. What a pain in the neck: long hold times, poor english (they're in the Philippines) and major hoops to jump through. They're asking for the serial number of the bulb (located on the box which I threw away six months ago when I bought the bulb) and making it very painful to get it replaced. I'm now on day three and five emails. What a pain in the neck. As long as the bulbs are working, you're golden. If something should happen, good luck!
