My walk-in closet has a central air vent and dust tends to build up on the shoulders of my suits. My dark suits would also tend to pick up light colored lint from other pieces of clothing. These covers are perfect to keep suits immaculate. The zipper is very light weight and time will tell how durable it is. It wouldn't surprise me if the zipper fails before the cover material does. 12JAN2017 UPDATE: So sure enough the zipper on one of the four bags I ordered has broken after only two months of use. I probably take my suits in and out of each bag once a week on average so that means that one of the zippers failed after roughly 8 or 9 uses. Given the price, I would only recommend using these bags for long term storage. They clearly are not built strong enough for even weekly clothing exchanges let alone daily or travel use. 10MAR2017 UPDATE: For my next order of garment bags I purchased "Richards Homewares Travel Bag - Garment, 54"H x 24"W x 5"D (4-Pack)" and I'm very happy with them. The material and zippers are much stronger and the bag is much thicker so it can hold more clothing including heavy coats. This product line is much more durable than the ones from Budget Bags Inc and aren't much more expensive. Much better value.
