Not fcc approved. Illegal to sell in us.
it is illegal to buy, sell, or operate this radio in the us. Wish I could get my money back somehow. It is not FCC approved, and the manufacturer has ignored warnings and penalties assessed by the fcc. Further review is kinda pointless. Look for models actually approved by the fcc for amateur use.
