I've owned this for six months. During those six months, it has died twice. The first time, it lasted two and a half months, then died. It cost me $20 to ship it back to them (and have it shipped back to me), a process which took about two and a half weeks (after more than a week trying to get them to respond to the request for support). Less than three months later, it died again. To be fair, after three days of trying to get in touch with them, they did agree to replace it under warranty -- but it was going to cost me another $20 to send it to them and then have it shipped back. If I did that, I would have essentially purchased the damn thing twice, having spent more on shipping related to repairs than the original device itself. While it's great when it works, overall these devices are of extremely low quality and the return policy will end up costing you more than the device itself. Stay far, far away.
